In the afternoon of December 8th, the first "Challenge Cup" training session and "Innovation Cup" training session of our hospital in 2023 were held in the lecture hall on the first floor of the college. This training session invited Yunhui Dong, the general manager of Chudeng Education and an excellent innovation and entrepreneurship tutor of the Ministry of Education, to give a lecture. The training session was hosted by Mr. Yang Yang, the secretary of the Youth League Committee of our hospital. The project leaders of all teams registered for the "Challenge Cup" competition participated in this meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Dong started the training on "What is the Challenge Cup", which made students have a preliminary understanding of the "Challenge Cup", and then introduced the "Challenge Cup" competition process to the students in detail to help them better understand the competition. Then he introduced the process of this year's "Challenge Cup" to the students in detail to help them better understand the competition. During the training process, Mr. Dong gave students professional and detailed training on project selection, declaration writing, report and defense, and gave reasonable suggestions on how to polish the business plan.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Dong also answered questions and exchanged ideas on how to choose a topic, how to write a business plan, how to defend, etc. raised by the participant in charge of the competition.

After the preliminary training and modification, the first roadshow defense of the first "Jichuang Cup" was held in the lecture hall on the ground floor of the college on 12 December. The roadshow defense was conducted by Mr. Xuejun Zhang, director of the Department of Electronic Information, Mr. Yang Yang, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the College, Mr. Feng He, technical director of Guangxi Code Farmer Information Technology Co. The jury of the roadshow. A total of 13 project teams participated in the roadshow.

At the beginning of the activity, the host introduced the rules of the roadshow, the project team leader went up to the stage in turn to speak and defend, combined with the PPT around the background of the project, key technologies, business models, social benefits and other aspects of the specific exposition, and accept the questions of the judges, and finally by the five judges were scored on the project.

Then, after the presentation of each team's project, Xuejun Zhang commented on the projects one by one. He fully affirmed the wonderful performance of the players in this competition, but also pointed out the shortcomings of the projects. According to the content characteristics of each project, he put forward constructive suggestions on how to reflect the innovation, ensure the feasibility, and closely integrate the project with the Internet, which pointed out a clearer direction for the in-depth development of the project.

Afterwards, Mr. Dong made a concluding speech on the event. He firstly expressed his thanks to the event organizers and teams and affirmed the quality of the participating teams' projects. He encouraged students to promote learning through competition, inject new vitality and wisdom into innovation and entrepreneurship. The new era is full of opportunities and challenges, and he hoped that all the students would be brave to innovate, dare to break through, actively use the existing resources, explore the market demand, and promote their creativity and projects towards practicality and success.

Finally, Mr. Yang Yang presented the awards to the winning roadshow project teams. The project team that won the first prize is ShaChuang Technology, which is committed to helping the digital transformation of the sand mining industry; the project team that won the second prize is YuanAn Technology, which is committed to establishing a new solution for the construction of a data disaster recovery system; and the project that won the third prize is the Snakebite Auxiliary Diagnostic System based on the Intelligent Edge Computing Cloud Platform, which is committed to innovating the solution of rescue and treatment of snakebite.

The competition aims to stimulate the innovation vitality of college students, build a new platform for the transformation of achievements, promote learning through competition, and cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship force. After the meeting, all the judges and project team members took a group photo.
